Keith Jesse is a former Police Auxiliary Sgt. He holds several certificates and acknowledgements in CRISIS intervention and working with people with special needs. Keith started the Community Safety Program for the special needs population in 2014 and has taught many classes at different events and boards of developmental disabilities. His program is designed to provide you with how the first responders work and think, and ways to make it easier for them. He also listens and addresses concerns with your local first responders that you may have. In 2019 there was an opportunity to get a K-9, Ian is now a four year old British Lab, he is the only known K-9 that specifically tracks missing special needs and mental health individuals.
