The Transition Expo is an opportunity for transition-age students and adults with disabilities, parents, care givers and professionals to learn about different opportunities that are available after high school and during times of life transition.

There will be an array of vendors, supports and resources to help you learn how to navigate this exciting time!

Some of the vendors we will have include: Knox Mobility Management/KAT, Transition U, Knox County Career Center, Benefits Analysis, Opportunity Knox, Opportunities for Ohioans with Disabilities (OOD), METRO/Housing Assistance, Assistive Technology & Remote Supports, STABLE Accounts, Trusts & Estate Planning, Guardianship, COTC, Knox Community Hospital and other resources Knox DD provides. Light refreshments and door prizes will be available!
