This is a fun 6-week program sponsored by the MVNU Athletic Department in collaboration with their MVN United Program and with Knox County Board’s Healthy Living Program 

Activities will be led by MVNU student-athletes and fun for everyone!

Bodies in Motion will start Thursday January 24th from 10:30 am-11:30 am and will be held every Thursday for 6 weeks at Ariel Arena located on the MVNU campus. 

You will need to come dressed in comfortable clothing and shoes every Thursday. 

Individuals that attend 5 out of 6 sessions will participate in a pizza party during the last session of the program. The party is sponsored by MVNU Athletics and Dominos of Mount Vernon.

Transportation will need to be provided by provider and individuals will need to attend with support staff.

Please arrive at 10:20am activities will start at 10:30am

Drop off & Parking: Parking is located in front of Ariel Arena in handicap accessible parking. Folks and staff can enter through the front entrance of the Arena (called the 586 entrance and is wheelchair accessible), Students will be welcoming folks at this entrance!  

Please ensure that individuals attending have signed photo release forms and make us aware of any individuals who cannot have photos taken. 

Also, each provider will need to email me let us know how many will be participating from your location no later than January 18th.
